Primus Preston Recruitment - Our client a leading and reputable Health Logistics Company. The company has its headquarters in Abuja and provides Supply Chain Management services to several International Organizations operating in Nigeria. 

We are seeking to employ suitably qualified, diligent professionals for the following position:

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location:
 Abuja

Primary Duties

  • Coordinate receipt, warehousing and safe custody of laboratory reagents and other related commodities procured
  • Ensure high accuracy in packaging according to allocations and always secure timely transportation, distribution and delivery of drugs to the facilities
  • The incumbent will assist the Warehousing Manager in maintaining good store practice and transaction records for receipts and issues of ARV5 and other related commodities, based primarily at the Pharmaceutical store
What We Require from the candidate

  • Must have good customer service orientation with organizational and strong computer skills including database management e.g. Access
  • Strong organizational and computer skills, particularly in the use of spreadsheet, computerized stock management systems and Microsoft Office suite including internet/ Emails with strong capabilities in Project and Access
  • Extensive travel will be involved
  • Must be a Medical Laboratory Scientist
  • 3 years of relevant experience in managing laboratory commodities
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (English)
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office packages and also good knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
