Our client provides Architectural and Engineering Services for Building and integrated infrastructural Sector, Aviation, Ports and Marine Engineering and Transportation sector.

Basic Duties

• Ensuring the company complies with statutory Laws.
• Fees/Debtors list, Creditors List, Salaries, Cash flow.
• Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers.
• Carry out tasks assigned by Accounts and Finance Manager.
• Handle Office Petty Cash and assist in compiling Time sheet.
• Reports to the Finance/ Account Manager.

• Preparation of monthly Expenditure Report.
• Staff tax and Inland Revenue.
• Liaison with auditors and outside accounts.
• Preparation of Quarterly 

What We Require from the candidate

• BSc/ HND Accounting
• 0-2 years post qualification experience
• Good use of MS Word, Excel, Access
• Proactive, Detail Oriented, Articulate
• Efficient and Timely completion of Assignments
