$1· Assist in preparing proposal budgets together with the proposal Development Coordinator and Scientist
$1· Prepare, review, update and manage a database of station costs (staff administrative and operational costs) to be used in development of proposal budgets
$1· Assist in preparing templates for budgets for various donors relevant to IITA
$1· Coordinate and implement procedures for smooth-running and effective proposal budget development
$1· Maintain an effective filling system and safe-keeping of confidential documents
$1· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualification and Experience: B.Sc/HND in Agricultural Economics or related fields. Minimum of 2 years work experience in a related role of a large organization is required. The ideal candidate must possess: Excellent computer skills with good grasp of spreadsheets, word processing and other MS office applications
$1· Excellent English reporting, writing and oral communication skills
$1· Strong ability to co-ordinate, prioritise and organize workload; take initiative and work under pressure
$1· Have a very good knowledge of cost related to agricultural fields and laboratory experiment
